Ponni Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
- Ponni rice -1 cup
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Milk -1/2 cup
- Ghee-2 spoon
- Nuts for garnish
Steps:
- Soak and wash the rice.
- Boil for 25 mts, then the rice becomes soft.
- After rice cooked add ½ cup of milk, cook for 5 mts.
- Then smash the rice gently, now add sugar for taste.
- Other side fry the nuts with ghee , mix with the rice.
- Then serve.
