Ingredients
- Urad dal -1/4 cup
- Idly rice-2 cup
- Salt
- Carrot-4 nos
- Coriander leaves one bunch
Steps:
- Soak Idly rice and Urad dal for 2 hrs and make a batter for idly.
- Then cut the carrot, put into the mixer, add one cup of batter into it make a orange colour batter.
- Now add coriander into the mixer add one cup of plain batter and make a green batter.
- Take a idly pan switch on the flame, in a idly plate pour carrot batter one side, white batter, at last green batter.
- Cook for 7 mts, off the flame.
- Serve the idlies.
