Seeraga Samba Mutton Biriyani

Ingredients
  1. Seeraga Samba rice – 2cups
  2. Mutton-1/2 kg
  3. Biriyani masala required amount
  4. Ghee-3 spoon
  5. Wholespices
  6. Onion big -2nos
  7. Tomato -2 nos
  8. Green chillies
  9. Ginger garlic paste, curd, mint & coriander

Steps:
  1. Soak Seeraga Samba rice for 10 mts.
  2. Take a pressure cooker add mutton ½ kg some salt, turmeric add water, cook the meat for Tender & Keep it in a side.
  3. Take a heavy pan & add ghee & groundnut oil, add whole spices fry for one mts & add onion slice saute till the onions are nicely brown & caramelized it will take 10 mts .
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and then tomato, after tomatoes saute for one mt.
  5. Now add biriyani masala and herbs for taste, and some curd also.
  6. Now add mutton stock for 3 to 4 glass depends on rice.
  7. After the stock boils add a rice into the cooker without weight, for 15 mts in a low flame.
  8. Now off the flame, put it in dum for 5 mts and then give rest for 10 mts and Serve.
