Ingredigents:
- Kattuyanam rice-2 cup
- Jaggery-1 cup
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Cardamom powder
- Salt one pinch
- Ghee
Steps:
- Wash & Soak rice for 4 hrs.
- Spread it on clean white cloth, dry it under fan for 15-20 min.
- In a pan add Jaggery 1 cup pour water, still well till the jaggery get dissolves, stain it to a clean bowl.
- Grind the coarse powder, then add jaggery water into the flour mix with hand.
- Add grated coconut & cardamom powder.
- Then the dough is ready, mould to shape as per your wish.
- And place it in the streamer for 10 mins.
- Then serve hot kollukattai.
